Don’t want to be a Debbie downer.... but I will. Very disappointed with this restaurant. I’ve ordered there before, but always picked up my food. It was always good. Not oily, the rice was fluffy. The chicken with vegetable ... WAS assorted veggies. Baby corn, celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and water chestnuts. Tonight I placed an order just after 4:30pm. It came at 6:15pm. I was told it would be between 45 minutes to 1 hour. I had ordered: Breaded veal, lemon chicken, chicken chow mein and chicken with vegetable with almonds and ordered extra rice. $60.00. When I opened it when it finally came, it was cold, the rice was like paste AND.... I got 2 breaded veal! Identical dishes, 2 chicken with nothing but broccoli and cauliflower. One of them had noodles at the bottom and there was so much oil.... the noodles stuck together. How much broccoli and cauliflower can a person eat? Plus 2 veal dishes!!! Rip off....and the almonds... it looked like 1 almond was thinly sliced for this broccoli and cauliflower. I do believe there was I piece of carrot. Waste of money! I called them right away and told them I didn’t get what I ordered... before I could explain to the woman, she cut me off and said ok, I’ll call and let him know. Never called back and when I tried again... voicemail and it was full. Could not leave a message. Very...

I bought almost $20 worth of food and when I opened it, the chicken that is normally sold was not in my combo. I had initially called to pickup and it was not mentioned on the phone or in person. I had ordered the chowmein and SESAME CHICKEN I asked the lady and she conceded that they ran out and she has been selling a completely different chicken than the one that’s advertised and I that usually get. I was considerably frustrated as this was not communicated at all until I had to ask and she refused to refund, partial refund or replace the chicken with another chicken, saying it would be an additional charge for her mistake and lie! The only remedy she provided was increasing the quantity of chicken I would receive the next time I come, which isn’t quite laughable as I won’t be back to support a business that doesn’t care or respect its customers. It’s quite frustrating not only the lack of communication but also the lack any customer service. I’ve spent a considerable amount of money at this establishment over the years because I wanted to support a local business and have built quite the rapport with the owner but clearly if they mess up your food, you will be on the hook, no matter how many times you’ve supported. Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I tried this place for the first time 30min ago. Ordered delivery and as soon as it arrived my wife walked into the kitchen and asked me what smelled like burnt food. Well low and behold They somehow figured out how to BURN SOUP. Yup the soup smells totally burnt to the point I was scared too even try it. Everything else, (Lemon Chicken, Sweet and sour chicken balls, ginger beef and veal) were all so bland and tasteless. Noodles in the Chow Main were burnt and the Fried Rice was just a wet sticky mess. I will never order from here again. 99% percent of this order went into the trash with the exception of the 1% that I hope doesnt make me sick at this point. Hopefully this review will help a few people Steer Clear of this place. If you want good Chinese try out Wok House on McGregor Or Ocean King on Main Street. STAY AWAY from here. If they screw up soup and rice at a Chinese Food Place whats that tell ya about the rest of the food....
