Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Woodstock

Can't go here anymore. Unbelievable how inept management is here. By far the worst service I've ever received at a Time Hortons in my life. The kids that work here don't have any concept of what it means to have a job. When it gets busy it's almost comical to watch. Yesterday was it. 20 minutes with one person infront of me for a coffee. The girl at the register was not training and literally just stood at th register with no customers coming in. For the whole time.. Just standing there. Every five minutes or so she would walk by all the coffee machines and stand with the girls in the takeout area. It was like she was hiding. VERY weird. As about five customers stood there just wanting a simple coffee. There had to be at least ten people working which was sad because nothing was getting done. I've had it. I'm going to ask for the head office phone number because it's that bad. The Head office needs to fix this place and get somebody managing that knows what they are...

Not sure why Tim Hortons locations in hospitals are exempt from using the mobile app or the rewards point system. I was just at one while writing this and was told they don't use either.

It seems pretty unreasonable, especially considering that people often end up stuck in hospitals for hours, waiting on loved ones going through surgery or treatment. Everyone needs food during those long stretches, but not everyone can afford it - especially in a hospital setting where prices are often higher. Some folks might be lucky enough to have saved up points, but unfortunately, they're out of luck here.

I've got no issues with where anyone has to work, believe me, I just don't get why work at a place that u don't want to be at?
