Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Woodstock

First, the service was slow for two bagels. There was a huge order ahead of us, which was understandable, but we were in the drive through, however I excused the slowness. When we pulled up to the window, they confirmed our order, said they’d get it, and came back two minutes later with my order. It seemed pretty empty inside and it looked as if there were only two workers, one who was polite, the other seemed to not be doing anything even though there was a lineup of cars behind us. We got our order (two four cheese bagels toasted with regular cream cheese) and it didn’t come with a bag, and I got the wrong type of cream cheese. I know this seems like I’m just complaining about small things, but whenever I go to this particular Tim hortons, the service is slow, they are always out of food, and they usually don’t get my order right.

Update: I’m leaving this at the same stars, but I can tell there must be new management or something because now this Tim Hortons is well staffed, the employees are kinder, and the general service is much better. They still have some things to improve on but I’m very happy with how they are...

This location is the absolute worse I have ever been too. I order the same thing every morning and it’s always wrong. How do you keep forgetting the egg in a bagel belt? Every time. Not to mention you’re waiting 10 minutes to place your order even when there is no one in front or you. You’re waiting at least 20 minutes and that’s on the fast end for your coffee and bagel. Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. Plenty of staff on hand that are just standing around talking and laughing while customers waiting for their orders to even be taken. No apologies when you tell them the order is wrong. They act like they get irritated to hear it. Like they can’t be bothered. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep going back but today is and will be the last time I ever go to this location. Owner needs to step it up and train their staff better than this. As to what I hear from plenty others living in Woodstock this is the worse location here. I completely agree. I visited there yesterday morning around 9am, I ordered medium coffee with 2 cream and a sugar while placing my order there the employee didn’t greet good morning or hello nothing i just visits on Thursday and Sunday mornings, most of the time i ordered from drive thru to save my time but this time it was little bit busy and i was getting late for my job so I went inside. I said i need medium coffee she was punching for steep tea i asked for two cream she punched for two milk and after taking my order no she went to another employee and whispering in her ear and thn the other employee came and looked at me.
