First, the service was slow for two bagels. There was a huge order ahead of us, which was understandable, but we were in the drive through, however I excused the slowness. When we pulled up to the window, they confirmed our order, said theyād get it, and came back two minutes later with my order. It seemed pretty empty inside and it looked as if there were only two workers, one who was polite, the other seemed to not be doing anything even though there was a lineup of cars behind us. We got our order (two four cheese bagels toasted with regular cream cheese) and it didnāt come with a bag, and I got the wrong type of cream cheese. I know this seems like Iām just complaining about small things, but whenever I go to this particular Tim hortons, the service is slow, they are always out of food, and they usually donāt get my order right.
Update: Iām leaving this at the same stars, but I can tell there must be new management or something because now this Tim Hortons is well staffed, the employees are kinder, and the general service is much better. They still have some things to improve on but Iām very happy with how they are...

Not to mention youāre waiting 10 minutes to place your order even when there is no one in front or you. Youāre waiting at least 20 minutes and thatās on the fast end for your coffee and bagel. Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. Plenty of staff on hand that are just standing around talking and laughing while customers waiting for their orders to even be taken. No apologies when you tell them the order is wrong. They act like they get irritated to hear it. Like they canāt be bothered. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep going back but today is and will be the last time I ever go to this location. Owner needs to step it up and train their staff better than this.
