Overall, it's decent for what it is. It's hit or miss as far as freshness and accuracy goes. There have been times when the fries are really salty and it seems at least one person enjoys putting a lot of salt and pepper on the burger patties as well. Sometimes, you will get a burger in which it is clear someone was angry when they made it lol...again...it's hit or miss. I have learned to check the bag/s before leaving to make sure everything is there. I honestly hate being "that person" because I've worked in fast food before and "Karens" used to make me roll my eyes, grit my teeth and suppress seething rage too...It would be nice if I didn't have to doubt my order though. I got to the speaker and started to ask for my caramel iced coffee and then started to tell them i wanted a everything bagel with cream cheese and got cut off with my total for just my iced coffee the lady was very rude about it. i then tried to nicely tell her i wasn’t finished my order. i was ignored, i drove up to the window tried to explain that i was cut off the person did not understand what i was explaining at all. took an extra 5 minutes to get my order right and pay for it holding up the line. This morning it was the crux of the meal, I only actually received the hashbrown and drink, which are two of the least filling items available. Because I place these delivery orders on my way to work, I am unable to go to the counter and ask for my items, so I called to the support team, who offered me a refund of about 75% of what it would cost to re-order so I got some actual food. They were happy to take the money for "service fees" and whatever else, and apparently make me pay them TWICE.
