Redo's Pizza Donair & Grill - Yarmouth — Restaurant in Yarmouth

I had 2 donair panzerottis delivered and a 12 inch garlic fingers. Took an hour on friday night. To be expected. The garlic fingers were room temperature probably better if you were sitting at the restaurant eating them fresh out the oven. Part of the gamble of delivery i guess. Not the best garlic fingers in town thats for sure. Also I was asked if I wanted bacon bits or real bacon which I thought was great to have the option for real bacon therefore thats what I chose, however it came with bacon bits lol As for the donair panzerottis. They were huge compared to the competitors with better quality donair meat. Biggest complaint other than the garlic fingers being cold is their donair sauce is too sweet for my taste by far. My friend was home from out west and hadnt had his donair fix yet so it wasnt going to take much more than last night donair fart to impress him , yet he was not wowed by the experience and said he'd likely go back to old faithfull, Jakes. Which I personally have had to many bad experiences with to order from. Overall experience is its not really any different from anywhere else. Have had their pizza by the slice once as well and I can honestly say its better than Jake's. Toppings are of better quality and its cooked through vs Jakes half cooked doughy grossness .

EDIT so i came here to eat finally. Got sm pep pizza for the kids and med donair for us. Crust is nice and thin and everyone enjoyed it....

Usually love this place but lately, I either have the worst luck or quality is dropping. One time got a large donair and when I got home the bread was stale and they nearly forgot the meat (which they're usually stuffed) Then the next trip got a deluxe poutine and again got all the way home to find there were almost no toppings and very little gravy that it was dry and I had to add some gravy at home. Last time had my daughter grab me a slice of the garlic cheese from the warmer. It never should have been sold, it was clearly in there waaaaaay too long as it was dry as chaulk and the cheese was dark brown so my dog got to have the treat I was looking forward to all day. Not saying don't go here as they're usually great but something going on lately. Maybe a new employee who doesnt follow the same values as the rest? Idk, but definitely go and enjoy but be sure to check your order before leaving so you don't waste $50 like I did. If you get how it's usually made, you're in...

I don’t normally leave food reviews unless it is well deserved …I was in from out of town and ordered delivery to the hotel. It was taking a long time and I ended up receiving a call from the restaurant telling me the pizza was going to be late. The owner ended up speaking to me on the phone due to my concerns over the delay and assure me that the pizza would be fresh, and the delay occurred in delivering my pizza due to matters beyond his control (his staff called in sick and he was slammed with orders and he was doing his best to keep up.) Despite this, he still went out of his way to deliver the pizza himself and he could not have been more courteous or nice. To top it off I can tell you, this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and if I lived locally, I would be a regular customer. Highly recommend this pizza when you are...
