啤酒帮 Beer Guys — Restaurant in Beijing

I know not many of you will see this on Google but, for those who do, this should be at the top of your list for beer stops in Beijing, if not all of China.

First of all, the beer is fantastic. There are a variety of styles: the classics are made very well and they sit alongside some truly innovative and locally-inspired more adventurous offerings.

The most pleasant surprise was the friendly welcome and hosting we received from the owner along with his friends and employees. Over 3 weeks in China, we didn’t have any bad experiences with people we met, but we received the most friendly, genuine hospitality here, of all the places we visited.

Beer Guys is a small but cool craft beer pub. 16 taps with a great selection of beer. Not far from HouHai. Recommend. Sorry I had to back track a star. I had given it 5. But you see… the toilet is across a VERY busy street. Beer + need for a toilet + busy street + Beijing traffic = recipe...
