海底捞 — Restaurant in Beijing

The best customer service I have ever seen in China full stop. Not just to laowais, I'm talking about to actual Chinese people. Everything was done with a smile and a nod, which contrasts with the deferential but really perfunctory service elsewhere in China. I liked the little touches like a plastic bag for your phone and cleaning pads for your glasses. The food of course was great. I recommend getting the stretch noodles for the entertaining show. I have no idea as to the cost. We were guests so of course were not let anywhere...

You go for the hot pot, you come back for the service. The food is good: upper-end hot pot in a casual setting. What really sets it apart the amazing service - probably the best I've ever had at a franchise Chinese restaurant. Everyone is very attentive and cheerful, and there are lots of family-oriented touches, from a playroom for the kids to them providing a crib in case the baby in our group...

好吃，干净，菜品新鲜，三鲜锅是骨汤，还有全辣椒，辣椒很给力，牛油锅特别香。水果、瓜子、爆米花免费，儿童有玩具，老人和孕妇和孩子都有特色服务（泡菜、蒸蛋、粥免费），服务特别好！还可以免费美甲，洗眼镜。
