Local friend brought me here to taste the signature 杂酱面. The taste is so different from the ones I had in SEA. It’s more salty unlike Korean ones I am accustomed to. It only taste nicer when I ate the raw garlic together with the noodles. A big bowl which is difficult for me to finish if I ordered other dishes. The rest of the dishes are normal except the fried intestine which I think is the best dish for my lunch. The infamous soya drink is weird but still manageable. My friend says it’s fermented soya drink that’s why non bejingner won’t like. Btw we never even drank half of it.
