I haven't lived in Beijing since 2015, but I still think of this place constantly. I'd never had Detroit-style pizza before, and the caramelisation of the cheese and crust were mindblowing to 12 year old me. The stromboli are also delicious. The owner was really friendly, too, and from what I can remember, he talked with my parents for a while and they said later that they really enjoyed the conversation.
