Starbucks @Terminal 3 — Restaurant in Beijing

Extremely unpleasant experience. First, I ordered an iced cappuccino and the staff started laughing, said something in Chinese, and the others laughed as well. Then she told me they only had iced latte. I agreed, but it really felt like they were laughing at us in their own language.

Later, I asked politely: “Where is the toilet?”. The staff looked at me with disgust. I repeated “restroom”, and they laughed again and started talking among themselves. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable situation.

Starbucks near gate E09. Very bad service. It’s said open 24 hours but when I went there early in the morning, the staff was only laying on the airport bench near starbucks counter and playing with his mobile phone and ignored me. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Starbucks near Gate E09. The staff is so rude, she couldn't understand the English product names and made fun of the customer with another waitress for saying the wrong thing. Trying to explain to the staff but she responded with a rude tone.
