Extremely unpleasant experience. First, I ordered an iced cappuccino and the staff started laughing, said something in Chinese, and the others laughed as well. Then she told me they only had iced latte. I agreed, but it really felt like they were laughing at us in their own language.
Later, I asked politely: “Where is the toilet?”. The staff looked at me with disgust. I repeated “restroom”, and they laughed again and started talking among themselves. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable situation.
