Can I give six stars? What an absolutely extraordinary meal, from start to finish. It's a private kitchen set in a luxury housing estate. a bit far from the city. We were instructed not to tell the security guard that we were going to a restaurant reservation! The setting was elegant and homey, and each course built upon the last. From a delicious and elegant array of cold appetizers, to a playful pastry on the end of a Chinese brush pen, to a chicken minced so finely it was hard to tell it was chicken, to lamb meat balls with a beguiling aroma, to the same, simple Chinese vegetable presented side-by-side in 4 indistinguishable ways.
