The food here is amazing! Highly recommend the following dishes (you can show the name to the server if you do not read Chinese - all very good) -

Datong Guo You Rou - stir fried pork and black mushroom (also known as wooden ear). It is a bit sweet and sour, but the sauce is not as thick as the the sweet and sour pork in the US.

Datong Mixed Hotpot - heavenly good! It’s winter time, and this pot comes with a combination of vegetables and meat! Do note it has pork stomach (in thin slices) as well. If you do not eat that, don’t get this dish.

Lang fen - cold rice jelly. Mild spicy (maybe a 3 out of 10) and very flavorful! Good appetizer!

Cold rice “sushi” - sticky rice cake served cold. Every single table in the restaurant ordered this! A must try!

This is one of the few places in the city that takes American Express as payment! Very convenient! The service...
