The name apparently means Soup from the Farms. This restaurant specializes in Cantonese cuisine. Soups are big in Cantonese cuisine; we had the fish and red beans and Chinese yam on pork bones soup. The broth was flavorful but under seasoned - no salt! Which surprised me for a Chinese dish. I had to add soya to make it good. I'd pass on this dish. Maybe the other starchy soups would've been a better choice. The speciality of the restaurant is roast goose, which was fantastic, served with a great plum sauce. Very fatty, skin very crispy! For veg sides we had mushrooms and fungi with snowpeas (simple sir fry, scored 5 stars) and broccoli, which was also good. Portions are generous. For 3 people this was too much food. Service was great but the waiters refused a tip as management doesn't allow it. The semi outdoor seating is pleasant; but due to all seats being filled there we had to take to the third floor, and eat under white lighting, something I find many unsavvy restaurants here...
