Was there for a group of over 10 pax. We had a private room to ourselves. We spend RMB4000 including a bottle of wine and some beer. Thorougly wowed by the atmosphere. The posh setting of the restaurant is almost a highlight of the evening. The furniture they use in the private rooms are of heavy wood. The garden is of a traditional chinese garden and exudes tranquility and finese. Photo worthy. The above is the only plus point of our meal. Service wise, wee do not feel like we are VIPs going to spent thousand of dollars. We speak Chines/mandarin fluently. It was efficient but not over the top. Food wise was ok but i reckon Michelin Stars are overated. We personally do not feel the food was exceptional. Nor was the presentation worthy of a hefty price and befitting of the posh setup.
