McDonald's — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

I believe that McDonald always keep high standards in worldwide and the food is not disappointed to me, however the services from the store manager is aggressive and unprofessional. Is it the Chinese employee culture standard? Or, the manager and his staff so not like to work in there! Since they all forgot about customer service and I can feel local service attitude but not global McDonald standard services.
