由龍脊梯田行到九龍五虎,最好先醫一下五臟廟,即是最好先吃飽,因為總路程雖然只得7.5 公里,但落差有幾百米。剛由龍脊壯族生態博物館文化示範戶出來轉彎上幾級便到古壯人家餐廳。這裏是當地少數民族自家經營的餐廳,沒有淨跨的裝修,一切都跟一個自家住宅沒有兩樣。一個大廰,放上五張桌,一個廚房,水機,熱水壺,展賣位。先送上一壺無花果薑片茶,點上了竹筒飯,龍脊小河魚,野韮菜炒蛋,紅燒豆腐,牛肉炒青椒,炒山笋,素炒土豆。所以材料,除了牛肉是由村外買入,都是當地自家種植或製造,就像豆腐。竹筒飯用上每朝新鮮竹筒即燒,加入了自家腊肉粒,紅蘿蔔粒,粟米粒,飯粒偏濕但飯味十足。另一素竹筒飯用上芋頭代替腊肉仍然不錯。小河魚清理乾淨,先炸過再跟辣椒等一齊煮,十分好味!...
