Honestly one of the worst MCD branches I’ve been to. Indeed the restaurant is spacious and the hygiene is acceptable, but the staff look very undertrained as they shout to each other both giving instructions and chitchatting, given there is already a huge queue outside. I ordered just some snacks and it took me like 15-20 minutes of wait, in the middle of which I saw my order prematurely called ‘Please take your order’ while mine was not prepared at all! Hope my next visit would look better…

從自助購餐機買了Mccafe 下午茶雞肉火腿碎蛋治＋華田特飲，去counter等，點知有職員話你要那款沒有了，可否轉其他款，我說有那款？他說火腿的。。我說ok, 轉頭他又說三文治無晒啦，我問點解？他才說烘三文治機清洗中。。如不改，要等30分鐘，我說為何不在自助機設定暫停？免客人選擇，既清淅又不需人選了又要改，費時失事。。員工態度冷淡，沒歉意。。
