新業食堂 — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Very ghetto, down to earth industrial eatery filled with factory workers (all middle aged men). Some dudes smoking inside. Definitely not for the faint hearted, but this type of gritty atmosphere is quite interesting and chill.

Food is good though and the staff are quite nice. The curry chicken has the right amount of spice and the chicken is tender and actually has chicken taste ( unlike some other places where the curry flavor just overwhelms the chicken and it taste like nothing). They bought us extra chairs for us to put our bags on. And the interior is surprisingly decently clean. Just don't expect anything fancy. No AC, so not sure if it will be bearable during summer. It's nice during cooler...
