I visited this Pakistani restaurant in Beijing and tried their buffet. They had a lot of different dishes to choose from. I really liked the gol gappa counter — everything there tasted great. However, the rest of the food was just okay. Most of the dishes were a bit bland, and I think they could focus more on improving the flavor instead of offering so much variety. Since spicy food is also common in Chinese cuisine, I was expecting a bit more kick. They also had juices, popcorn, and ice cream, which was a nice touch. Read moreThis restaurant needs to understand the meaning of food service. They had a buffet for dinner and the only thing good in that entire buffet was raw onions that were the only things fresh. The owner saw us being super uncomfortable with the food and did not do a thing to make things better. We asked for naan and I don’t know if they understand the concept of naan even. It was a pie made of some weird combination of leftover flour.
Costed upwards of 250 rmb for 3 people.
Would not recommend. There are many restaurants around. Do yourself a favor and checkout the ambience and food before ordering. Some are decent most are just hookah joints with some food...
