It seems this is my first time trying Boboji from an Intangible Cultural Heritage-recognized establishment; I’m not sure if what I previously had in Singapore was authentic.

The 40 skewers in the Dianping app set can be chosen individually. However, the selected skewers are not heated and are placed directly in a warm, rather than hot, broth. You can choose either a cold or warm base, though the "warm" isn't exactly hot.
The brown sugar ice jelly in the set isn’t actually made with brown sugar; a more fitting name would be “lemon ice jelly.” This twist is quite nice, as brown sugar is very sweet and can be unhealthy if consumed in excess, while lemon makes it lighter and easier on the stomach.
The 2-person set on Dianping might not be filling enough, so customers can add another dish in-store. The prices here are quite reasonable. The Leshan Sweet-Skin Duck is another local specialty worth trying.
