Amore's Italian Restauran — Restaurant in Ningbo

I’m honestly very upset by the service I received at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were not welcome. The woman who seats and serves customers was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty (only 2 or 3 tables were occupied), we were made to wait outside for almost 30 minutes — without any explanation.

When we were finally allowed in, the same lady immediately told us “no ordering pizza” before we had even sat down — which was bizarre, as we weren’t even planning to order pizza. She didn’t serve us water either, which I believe was intentional. There were no other waiters present, and she was clearly not interested in serving us properly.

At first, I assumed they might be closing, but we arrived at 19:30 and they close at 22:00. Based on the way we were treated, I can’t help but feel that her behavior was racially motivated. It’s deeply disappointing because the food was actually quite good — but the service was so hostile and unwelcoming that I cannot recommend this place at all.

We even tried to contact the manager to raise our concerns, but no one answered the phone.
