Fairyland Cafe — Restaurant in Qinhuangdao

I googled this place because I was looking for a coffee shop near our hotel. We stayed at the Peninsula seasons hotel which, in the off season, is cheap and AMAZING for the price. I didn't try everything on the menu but the menu was different enough that the food is legit. We had coffee and Gelato and Yogurt. The gelato is homemade and AMAZING! The coffee isn't fresh roasted or anything but for China is was up there with Starbucks. The yogurt comes in a Mason Jar cup and is topped with fruit preserves, of your choice. Homemade yogurt made with fresh milk and very tasty. I didn't try any of the entrees on the menu but like I said this isn't your typical "western restaurant" in China so I'd go back and try other things and feel pretty...
