很多時也會覺得屋村就只剩下商場的連鎖式餐廳，但其實不盡然！ 就好像這家 Bistro Quotidien 日常小館​ 便是其中之一囉 星期六的午餐時間過來是需要等位的喔～ 若12點半前到來大約等5分鐘便有位。 由12:00 - 16:00 有週末精選和早午餐~兩個餐牌可以選擇。 +$15能升級自選日常沙律或是餐湯！ 選了餐湯 - 甘荀忌廉湯 ～濃稠得來有甜甜的味道 另外還配了一鬆軟的香草麵包 🍞 我點的是 - D. 香煎西冷牛扒配燒汁伴薯菜 ($66) 外層煎得有點焦焦的，吃落有種焦香和脆身 內層不是全熟，仍有少許粉嫩～肉貿很嫩口，而且還保留了肉汁。 加上燒汁更為惹味，但如果薯菜不是有翠玉瓜就好 (x 另外的是 - 吉列豬扒蛋包飯 ($52) 有三種汁可選～吃這個當然要配日式咖喱汁吧！ 但汁可以再多一點就好 ... 因為飯的份量頗多，不夠呢 蓋在飯面上的蛋很滑嫩且有吃到 🧀 芝士耶 切件的炸豬扒亦很大的一塊，吃起來也不會乾柴柴的很不錯。 若點週末早午餐的話，隨餐奉送指定熱飲一杯！ 我飲的是 - 蜂蜜花梨 (+$9) 由於不是指定的，所以以半價享用。 很濃的一杯，但超熱～花了點時間才喝完呢 這餐廳不設加一，另由於是小店經營，所以要注意只收現金喔 順帶一說，樓面就只有一個人～ 由安排入座、下單、上菜和收錢也集於一身 ... 等位時要給點耐性等一下 (・∀・ )

***黑店***取外賣差點被店員打 於熊貓App叫了此店外賣自取，到舖頭打算取外賣時，已表示是熊貓的外賣，有個中年店員不知是聽不到還是想再確認，他再問我是熊貓的訂單還是另一個外賣app的。當時我使用耳機講電話中，未能即時回應他的問題，怎料他態度極之惡劣的表示現時沒有接受熊貓app之訂單（以前是有接受熊貓之訂單）。 我當場向他表示不滿其態度，但他卻責怪作為顧客的我戴著耳機，沒有回應他的問題。試問作為一個取外賣的顧客，取外賣時不能戴耳機、不能講電話嗎？即使顧客沒有回應問題，要用這樣的態度鬧客人、怪責客人嗎？可以用更好的方法問戴著耳機的客人嗎？ 起初只是口角爭執，其後該名店員更「胸」本人，想趕走我不要阻礙他做生意，而我當時是站在其店範圍以外之公眾地方。我向他表示他沒有權力驅趕在公眾地方的人，然後他情緒失控，回店內拿了熊貓app的接單機，作勢襲擊我以令我離開。 最後雖然我沒有受傷，但此店員之態度實在極之有問題，絕對不是作為服務行業應有之態度。一間餐廳即使食物水準有多好，店員服務態度也是十分重要，試問怎能接受一個隨時會情緒失控的店員？ 不再接受熊貓之訂單，但熊貓app仍能order，是顧客的錯嗎？需要用這樣的態度對待顧客嗎？

Food was amazing. Hotel grade food and presentation. Tucked away in Siu Sai Wan, this little mom and pop shop deserves a 5 ⭐️! I will come back any day !

Really great find after hiking in siu sai wan. Food was awesome and service was great too. Server was quite attentive, and had a sense of humor
