《Secluded and comfortable island》 With a fd recommendation, I come and try "Chef de Yim Tin" private dinner, it's a 8-courses fine dinning. Display of the dishes are fabulous and the tastes are out of expectations. My fav are abalone, tomato gazpacho and A5 wagyu. I'm absolutely full and feeling satisfied with enjoying sunset and moonlight here, very secluded island totally doesn't feel like in HK, a very special night. I'm already missing the dinner when i'm taking owner's yacht back...

Snobbish waiters in this restaurant on the island. The more food you order, the better the service. If you just order little food, they don’t even wanna serve you. And once your food arrives, the waiter immediately wants you to pay in fear of you running away. But the waiter showed a totally different face when serving those who ordered a lot. A most enjoyable lunch by the sea on a sunny spring day. vegetables all locally grown - simply cooked and they were absolutely delicious ! Seafood (abalone, clam, fish ..) was very fresh, pork was moist and tender (would have been perfect if more brown and fragrant). Pasta sauce was somewhat sweet. Pricing is on the high side but then, well worth it given the excellent ambience and service. Great place to spend a leisurely meal...
