Four x Four — Restaurant in Sha Tin District

Great dinning experience and touching story of how 4 young man quit their job and opened their own restaurant.

Can tell that they devoted a lot of time to develop the recipe and the menu. Tried the satay chicken sandwich on this occasion and it was surprisingly matching, I will say it is slightly too salty but otherwise perfect.

The chips are one of the best chips I ever had in Hong Kong which gives you the real potato flavour just like proper chips in the UK.
