光明乳鴨，皮嫩多汁，肉不會太乾，是光明三寶之一，其它兩寶是牛初乳和甜玉米。光明市在深圳北面，靠近寶安松崗。光明招待所是深圳的一張美食名片，創立於1983年，改革開放初期，餐廳原先是招待所，集宴會、商務交流、接待、日常飲食于一体的绿色健康、田園式古型餐廳，曾榮獲“深圳老字号”等榮譽稱号，廳是容納上百張桌的大棚，估計原先是招待所的院子。鴿子先鹵后炸，鮮味多汁，在深圳吃乳鴿首選，曾年內接待顧客超過百萬計，來到光明一定要品嘗。2023年12月30日又來,再試乳鸽,水準依然,來此迎接2024.
