蔡澜港式点心（万象天地店） — Restaurant in Shenzhen

Excellent food, good service, relaxing atmosphere, clean restaurant, reasonably priced.

The food was served hot and with excellent presentation. The taste and quality were excellent as well. Service was good, but could have been a little more attentive. Also, it would have been nice if they consistently removed the dirty dishes from our table... but that's just my personal preference. The decor is modern casual, and there was pop-jaz music playing in the background

My wife and I visited this establishment for lunch and dinner because we were so impressed with our meals. The Dim Sum is beautifully done, and with a modern twist. The dinner courses were expertly prepared as well.

I rank the Dim Sum as my top 3 of all time. The main courses were done very well, but not to the level of the Dim Sums.

Definitely the best meal(s) we've had during our 30-day food pilgrimage across Hong Kong and China.

➡️ 蔡澜点心 Exquisite dim sum delights that look pretty and taste good. The restaurant also gives a plate of 山楂搞 (free) as appetiser. Nice!

We also had the braised tofu, shrimp popiah, kailan veg and a bowl of pipping hot plain porridge.

Well, that was probably the best dim sum I have ever had. Presentation of every food item is on point. Then you follow it up with excellent flavors and taste. It seems like it doesn't matter what you order here because it is all going to be...
