This is a quite famous seafood restaurant. It was full the entire time werl were there. We had a room for our own. Seafood is ordered from the aquarium. Cooking concept for the seafood is by steaming in a special contraption. The bottom has congee which was flavoured by the seafood juices as it is steamed above it. Our orders of Alaskan crab was good and fresh. The steamed egg and unni was also good while the truffle fried rice was a real stand out. We also had scallops, goose feet, salt baked prawns, and ice veggie all of which were good. The orders that failed was the geoduck and wagyu beef slices. The geoduck was not fresh hence had a bad fishy smell. The captain denied that it is not fresh hence we ultimately got the geoduck slices fried in ginger and scallions. The wagyu was wasted by steaming the slices rather than bbqing it.
