海底捞火锅城 — Restaurant in Xi'an

Short review: Amazing service, food more expensive than your regular hotpot but I think makes up for the impressive way you're served there.

The experience I had to make me this impressed: Before you even walk in expect to be greated by a hostess outside. Inside you'll be handed a cold towel and offered to clean your shoes or get your nails done!(I highly recommend, they make you feel like royalty).They even have a kindergarden and balloons for kids. When shown to your table every staff stops to bow at you. They bring to your table watermelon and fresh vegetables, they also offer you a warm towel. After ordering your broth and food the table they arrive very quickly. The waiters are always nearby and regularly refill your water, broth and even put the food in for you when clearing your plates. Make sure to order their special noodles to see a chef stretching and making them dance right...
