Haidilao Hot Pot — Restaurant in Xi'an

Best hotpot I had in China. I couldn't handle most of hotpot in Sichuan (even though we always got "extra mild" haha) but this was just the enjoyable amount of spiciness! From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were treated with exceptional service until the moment we left. I was also blown away with the fruits and snacks, the nail salon that's free of charge before we got seated. For the actual hotpot, they have a huge selection and everything we've ordered was fresh and delicious - really hoping they open some chains in Canada soon! Amazing experience at this place, the staff was gorgeous and the food nothing short of excellent. In 3 we spent less than 200 RMB (in total), astounding value for the price, I could not stand up after the amount of food I have eaten, something that normally happens only when me or my wife cooks, highly recommended! زرت مطعم Haidilao Hot Pot مؤخرًا بناءً على ترشيحات كثيرة وتجارب إيجابية سمعتها من الأصدقاء. التجربة بشكل عام كانت جيدة، لكنها لم تكن مبهرة كما توقعت.

الاستقبال كان ودودًا، والموظفون تعاملوا بلطف، لكن الخدمة لم تكن سريعة كما هو متوقع من مطعم بهذه الشهرة. اضطررنا للانتظار قليلاً رغم أن المطعم لم يكن مزدحمًا جدًا. بعد الجلوس، قدموا لنا الشاي وبعض المقبلات المجانية، وهي لفتة جميلة.

تجربة الـ Hot Pot كانت ممتعة إلى حدٍ ما، خصوصًا أنها تتيح لك تحضير الطعام حسب ذوقك. تنوع المكونات كان جيدًا، لكن لاحظت أن بعض الأصناف، خصوصًا الخضروات، لم تكن طازجة بالشكل الذي توقعته. اللحوم والمأكولات البحرية كانت مقبولة الجودة، لكن ليست استثنائية.

بار الصلصات كان غنيًا، ويتيح لك خلط مكوناتك بنفسك، وهذه نقطة أعجبتني. أما النكهات، فكانت متوسطة. الحساء لم يكن مميزًا جدًا، واحتجت لإضافة الكثير من التوابل لتحسين الطعم.

الأسعار كانت مرتفعة نوعًا ما مقارنة بالجودة والتجربة العامة. أعجبتني بعض التفاصيل الصغيرة كتوفر مناديل معقمة وربطات شعر، لكنها لا تكفي لرفع التقييم كثيرًا.

بشكل عام، Haidilao تجربة تستحق التجربة مرة واحدة، خاصة لمن لم يجرب Hot Pot من قبل، لكن لا أتوقع أن أعود إليه قريبًا، إلا إذا طرأ تحسن في جودة...
