Cafe de Coral — Restaurant in Yuen Long District

A lousy place, if not the worst, (when compared with other Cafes de Coral in Central or Tsimshatsui.,etc.) in terms of food served from the kitchen, situates at Fairview Park, Yuen Long. Fish fillets, chicken wings, toasts or corns are usually messily placed on plates as if they come from a charity home. Soup in noodles is often just warm simply because water from the heaters is not thoroughly boiled before it is poured into the dishes where noodles are stuffed. What is needed to be stressed here is kitchen staff should respect their clientele as patrons and should as well respect themselves as good cooks.
