This place has the best beef cheong fun that I’ve ever tasted in my life. The filling is absolutely amazing and the combination of ingredients makes my mouth water. Adding an extra egg makes this extra special. The cheong fun itself is very light and fluffy, unlike it’s harder counterparts for most other dim sum restaurants. The sauce is also very tasty and not just simple soy sauce. Simply put, this is my favourite cheong fun of all time. Their other cheong fun are just okay but they also make great noodles, noodle soups, and soy sauce and garlic wok fried vegetables. Forgot to mention, their beef cheong fun is the best cheong fun...
