Es muy desafortunado la mala gestión del negocio en temporada navideña, había comprado anteriormente y me fue bien.

No obstante, hicimos un pedido y llegó tres horas tarde, fueron incoherentes con sus respuestas en las llamadas: Primera llamada a la 1:30pm Que había mucho pedido y llega en 30 minutos. Segunda llamada a las 2:30pm que llega en 10 minutos y hay mucho trancon. Tercera llamada a las 2:50pm que tengamos paciencia Llamada a las 3:30pm que tenían mal la dirección (la dirección la habíamos verificado el día anterior) Durante la llamada de las 3:30 nos dicen que era en serio que habían salido desde hace 2 horas, el pedido lo habíamos pedido con 15 días de anterioridad para la 1pm, es decir que a la primera llamada no lo habían mandado. Además, hubo un momento que tiraron el teléfono, no contestaban. Porque no avisar? Porque no ser sinceros para nosotros solucionar? Porque no ofrecer alternativas? Honestly a really good option out of the strip selling Lechona. The service and staff were all really really friendly and the prices were reasonable.
