McDonald's — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

I don't normally go to McDonald's, but my girlfriend was craving some of it, so we stopped and decided to have a bite.

This was at around 3pm, so way past their rush hour and there weren't many people in the restaurant. We order something from the "Combo del Día" menu. The order came out in a timely manner, and everything was a normal experience so up to that point. When we sat down to eat, we found out that the fried were stale (probably from rush hour at lunch time) and even when they were exchanged upon requests, this is not something that should happen. Their dressing bars was also out of stock.

All in all, it was a subpar experience, except for the service, which was top notch.

On a side note, the music was kind of weird for a restaurant at that hour, but I guess some people...

I waited for more than 30 minutes for fries without salt (or that's what they said). When we ordered they said we should wait 5 minutes for the fries as it was an special request (understandable) but after 10 minutes waiting next to the automac exit they said it was 'going to be ready any minute' so we waited a few more minutes, then went inside and they gave us an order; but it wasn't ours!!!. Finally, the manager came out and just gave us the actual order and a bonus for a hamburger. The worst part is that the surroundings are completely unsafe, so we were scared for our safety thanks...

Macdonals una de las franquicias más famosas por no decir la principal de comidas rápidas a nivel mundial ! Está ubicada en la calle 138 tiene un servicio 24 horas, en mi caso en particular la visito unas 4 veces al mes y siempre consigo todos los productos que venden, para los amantes de esta comida les puedo confesar que este establecimiento en especial tiene un buen servicio y todos sus productos salen bien y con rapidez, siempre hay una gran cantidad de empleados prestos a ayudarte, mi única queja es que el parqueadero es sumamente costoso así realices una compra de 70 mil pesos igual terminas pagando así sean mil pesos, si eres de los que les gusta pedir por plataformas; la plataforma de macdonals últimamente está muy buena y ofrece una cantidad de cupones muy tentadores para que los puedas resumir presencialme en el local, si pides domicilios directamente por la app no te lo recomiendo ya que no hay una opción para reclamar si el pedido te llega mal, recomendaría utilizar aplicaciones como Rappi que te responden en caso de no recibir el pedido completo o en...
