I am very disappointed with my experience today. I have been a client for about 13 years now and I have always recommended this place for the food, the great service and the theme of the place. Unfortunately, my last two visits I have not had the best experience and service. The employees were rude and nonchalant and did not do a great job at explaining the menu or what comes with the food. The food was cold and over cooked and when we told the waiter, they responded in a bad manner. Before we came in, they told us they would be closing the restaurant at 3 pm for the kitchen to go on break, they proceeded to sit us anyway and then rushed us to order. Not only that but they turned off the music in the middle of us dining in, when we talked to the server about it they proceeded...

Teníamos muchas expectativas con mi familia y finalmente fuimos hoy a almorzar. La experiencia realmente fue desagradable desde todo punto de vista. De entrada, una de las bebidas que pedimos la entregaron trocada con otra mesa, cuando reclamamos, sin gota de vergüenza la retiraron de la otra mesa y nos la entregaron, aunque ya estaba empezada. Lógico reclamamos nuevamente y “ la cambiaron” pero pues…. antihigiénico, pandemia, desconfianza….. Un churrasco lleno de grasa añadida, con unos patacones fríos, unas yucas fritas, frías y una ensalada bien pobre. Mi hija pidió una hamburguesa con una carne de muy poca calidad, mucho gordito y nervios molidos. Nos entregaron los otros pedidos y nada de la hamburguesa, porque se la habían entregado a otra persona, lo que hace que nos toque esperar otro rato a que nuevamente la preparen. Cuando le retiraron el plato le preguntaron por qué dejó la mitad y al ella decir que no le gustó, la respuesta es que lo de ellos son las parrilladas, no las hamburguesas…… Y como si faltara algo, que barredera tan hijuemadre encima de uno cada nada. Para los precios que manejan, la verdad les falta demasiado. No hay orden entre los meseros, no hay roles definidos. Entre ellos se quitan los pedidos, no respetando el orden de los pedidos. Mucha gente ofreciendo servicio, pero no tienen idea de como hacerlo. Sobra decir que fuė la primera y última vez que vamos a ese lugar. En nuestra opinión, malo por donde lo miremos, todo lo que podía salir mal en un restaurante, salió. No...

Although the place is unique the main point in a restaurant must be the food and this restaurant lack on that terribly. The food quality was very poor. My steak was very tough and half of it was just uneatable fat and my wife's fish seem to have 5-year-old. Without exaggerating a gross feeling when is tasted. The cherry on the cake was the price. Too expensive!! The only good thing about having a small quantity on that lunch was that the torture of eating it didn't last long. Not at all...
