Humo is SO fantastic that we had dinner,not once,not twice,but three nights in a row! Tried almost everything on the menu,and repeated several items.Deliciousness,complexity,sushi grade fish/seafood.Each Negri was phenomenal,and required double orders,Cerviche,octopus Bao Buns like you never thought possible,inventive cocktails..What made our experience so exceptional was WILMINTON,our waiter,who explained every dish and its exotic ingredients and preparation.He was determined to make us happy.EVERYTHING he recommended delighted us.He was honestly pleased that we were in heaven! We had dinner at Humo on our first night in Baru. We loved it so much we went back on our last night. It was an amazing experience. The service by Wilinton (our waiter) and the rest of the team was warm and informative. The chef came over to share with us the cornbread and tell us a little about the ingredients. Everything we tasted was incredible: the arrachera, the amberjack, the ribs, the honeycomb & bonsai desserts and the cornbread were all delicious. The white fish mousselines was the surprise in our meal, a pleasant surprise. The team here does an incredible job of providing a dining experience. We ate at a lot of restaurants in Cartagena and had many delicious meals but this one...

Where do I start...

HUMO is worth a trip to Colombia/Cartagena for.

The food is fantastic (tuna tartare, smoked octopus and crab rice are AMAZING!), the atmosphere is great, and the service is over the moon.

We celebrated my stepfather's birthday here and the staff truly went the extra mile by fixing an extra dish just to celebrate the occasion.

Cristian (the manager) and Sebastian (head chef) truly took care of us and made us feel at home. It is rare that you find a restaurant that feels like home, but this is truly it.

You MUST visit this place if you get the chance to, absolutely amazing.

10/10, would visit again.
