Now I understand the meaning behind the name “Casa Eterna”. Today we went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We came from another country, visiting Medellin for the first time. We made reservations, got there on time. We were seated right away, the decor is nice and original. We were seated at the front of the stage. Waited about 5-10 minutes for the waitress to appear and offer drinks, but we were not able to order anything because the menu can only be accessed using the QR code. It took six attempts to download the menu. This took at least 10 minutes or more. She left and never came back. We sat there for 30 minutes with no water, or a single soul checking on us. My wife asked me to leave and we got up and left. We drove there for about 45 minutes. I did placed a formal complaint with the host and plan to call the manager tomorrow. Do not recommend it! Wish there was an option for Zero star. The service was outright disrespectful. People go there for a special occasion, is very far up the mountain. Honestly i know this will not change anything, I hope we help somebody else avoid a bad experience. Casa Eterna porque el servicio es tan lento y pobre que te...

This restaurant is in a stunning location, with views that make it worth visiting. The ambiance is relaxing, and the setting adds a lot to the overall experience. The food was good, but it fell short of being excellent—it felt like there was potential for more, but something was missing in terms of flavor or execution.
The service was inconsistent. While some of the staff were trying their best to be attentive and make up for the lapses, others seemed distracted and inattentive, which left us frustrated at times. It felt like two different crews were working, with vastly different levels of dedication.
Another major drawback was the booking experience. The online system didn’t allow us to reserve a large table, even though the restaurant was half-empty during our visit. This forced us to cut down our guest list, which was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Overall, this restaurant has a lot going for it with its location and potential, but the service and operational issues make it hard to fully recommend. With some improvements, it could...

I asked for it on the side, and they gave me a tiny portion of ground beef. My brother also ordered a Bandeja paisa, which looked different and bigger. The beans were too simple; they needed flavor. Add beer and panela to it, or add more vegetables, and some spicy might be added. The posta cartagenara and the kids meal were the only two good things. Also, the service was horrible, and the waiter seemed annoyed. We didn't understand why because the place was not busy; we even came without a reservation. If you want people to come back treat them with respect.
Fisrt reviews (It didn't disappoint. The location and decorations were beautiful, and I loved the live music. The service was outstanding, and the food was good. I think I like the risotto with fish the best. I also had the Bandeja Paisa, which was okay. I'm coming back. Make a reservation, because the wait...
