SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE TABLES OUTSIDE. SERIOUSLY? NOT ONLY DO I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT COVID BUT ALSO SECOND HAND SMOKE. IT IS NO WONDER WE ARE STILL IN QUARANTINE. NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS. Also, they don't accept QR payments because they got conned in the silliest possible manner ( photo shopped receipt ), so instead of training staff properly to notate the transaction # and verify it went through, customers have to pay the price. Granted Banco QR is a very rustic tool, but still. Next, there's the issue with the Feta Cheese Provider. The plate is not selling because they changed the provider and it tastes bad, simply put. Rather than accomodate customers with an easy substitution of cheese, they charge you $8 mil to substitute with cheddar. NO THIS IS NOT AN ADDITION. ADDITION IS WHEN YOU GET SOMETHING EXTRA. Santa Leña would rather make the customer pay to make up for their loss, than to take a small loss upon their own error and make the customer happy. It will be another 20 years before they understand customer service and recurring clients. The female cook however, gets 5 stars for making my envuelto how it should always be done. Thank you! Cuando llegamos no había tanta gente, la mesa donde nos acomodamos estaba sin recoger, aunque inmediatamente nos sentamos lo hicieron. La comida estaba buena y bien presentada como siempre, no fue muy rápido el servicio, pero tampoco tan lento como para dejar una mala nota. La calificación es porque todo lo bueno lo empaña la mala educación de las empleadas que ni siquiera saludan al cliente, se entretienen hablando entre ellas antes que tomar la orden, es una lástima, porque en los demás Santa Leña, son muy amables y educadas, y más lamentable aún, el hecho de que está sede quede en la vía al aeropuerto, lo que implica, que como en nuestro caso, sea un lugar al que los turistas llegan para tomar y comer algo que se sabe bueno. Ojalá mejoren la disposición...

Ando en una onda de probar diferentes cafés artesanales y métodos de filtración. En el mall Indiana se encuentra esta bella panadería Santa Leña, con un concepto Decape, muy vintage e Instagramer, cada lugar se presta para tomar bellas fotografías, pero lo que me llevo a entrar fue una taza de café publicitaria en su entrada. Café artesanal del Huila filtrado. Con un precio muy favorable a comparación de otros sitios de este estilo. Si mesera era nueva y me pareció muy amable. Me permitieron tomarle fotos al método de filtrado en la barra, ya que no lo hacen directamente en la mesa. Me gustó mucho el café, un poco suave, sin embargo con un delicioso...
