The place was nice, cozy, with a nice view. Since I was craving for a warm soup, the young lady suggested a cream of mushrooms which it was really good. Then I asked for a juice with milk and they suggested one with soursop and yerbabuena which it has not much taste even though I added 2 little packs of Stevia and lastly I had the day’s menu which was an organic salad, which was ok, lots of potatoes, which Made me feel in McDonalds, 4 little pieces of baked bananas which even though were very little, they were really good and finally the main item, a big piece of Punta de Anca de res with chimichurri casero, which even though I expressed to them I didn’t like the meat too too tender, I never expected it was going to be harder than a piece of leather shoe when you tried to chew it. I am always going to be wondering if they have any tender meat in that place ... 😳 Food timing: it took for ever for each dish to come. Perhaps because I was the only customer in the restaurant. Service: Friendly specially from the young lady that served me. On the the other hand, when the manager (or at least that is who I thought she was) asked me about my experience and I made the comment about the beef; her answer was “really?” Not a very encouraging comment to anybody who will be staying next door for a long long time. All communication during my visit was in Spanish. Spanish translate El lugar era bonito, acogedor, con una bonita vista. Como estaba ansiosa por una sopa caliente, la joven sugirió una crema de champiñones que estaba muy buena. Luego pedí un jugo con leche y me sugirieron uno con guanábana y yerbabuena que no tenia mucho sabor aunque agregué 2 paquetitos de Stevia y por último tuve el menú del día que era una ensalada orgánica, que estuvo bien, mucha papas, que me hicieron sentir en McDonalds, 4 pedacitos de plátanos horneados que aunque eran muy chiquitos quedaron muy buenos y finalmente el plato principal, un gran pedazo de Punta de Anca de res con chimichurri casero, que aunque les expresé a ellos que no meaba la carne demasiado tierna, nunca pensé que iba a ser más dura que un zapato de cuero cuando intentas masticarlo. Siempre me voy a estar preguntando si tienen carne tierna en ese lugar ... 😳 Tiempo de servicio: tomó una eternidad para que llegara cada plato. Quizás porque yo era el único cliente del restaurante. Servicio: Amable especialmente de la señorita que me atendió. Por otro lado, cuando la Gerente del lugar (o al menos esa es quien yo pensaba que era) me preguntó sobre mi experiencia y le hice el comentario sobre la carne; su respuesta fue "¿de verdad?"
