Disappointing Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. My first visit with my pet during the afternoon was pleasant, with friendly staff and good service.

However, my second visit at night for dinner was a completely different story. The staff was extremely rude, refused to allow my pet, and seated us in a corner on the ground floor, which was empty. The service was abysmal, with a 20-minute wait for a single beer.

Their website claims to be pet-friendly, but our experience suggests otherwise. As a pet parent, I would not recommend this place. The drastic difference in service and attitude between our two visits...

This was our third and last visit. The chicken lasagna was ice cold inside, obviously being microwaved from frozen state. The hamburger I ordered for myself was great, no complaints, but the chicken crepe my wife and daughter ordered after sending the Polar Lasagna back to the kitchen were nothing special. The service is great, and deserved five stars, but the quality of the dishes served is no more than two stars, and honestly I would rather accept a lousy service but great food, than this. Therefore it would be an insult to give more than two stars....

We had a company party there. The decorations, fire in the fireplace, cozy sitting area, views, and table linens were all AMAZING. The food was good. Chicken Cordon Bleu was tender and tasty. The potatoes were delicious. The service was oddly slow. My husband waited almost a FULL HOUR for a glass of wine. I waited a half hour for café con leche. Maybe their bartender called in sick? It was the only problem but very frustrating since they knew how many of us were coming and that we were paying for an open bar for the employees'...
