They said free Wi-Fi and didn't have any although it appeared the staff were using Wi-Fi on their computers, our server was rude, they brought me something I didn't order, they didn't tell us till after we ate that they only take cash, the seafood penne spaghetti was awful and made us sick for days, the ceviche was okay, trucks barreling down the highway air braking with loud booms in your ears, basically I had to make this review because it's the worst place I've eaten in Costa Rica maybe the only bad place I've eaten in Costa Rica. It was clean in the bathrooms were clean but they wanted to collect money for use. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road a little bit as there were more offerings in nicer settings and I think my desperation to eat championed bad choice. Not Pura Vida. Great! We asked our driver to choose a place to stop for lunch. Honestly, I don't think he'd ever been here before and just pulled over at the first place we came to. lol It was a great choice though. It was so clean and the food was good. At first the server didn't seem very friendly but she was the only one and the place was hoppin'. By the end of the meal she was laughing and joking with our driver and smiling and speaking English with us. We would totally stop again and recommend to everyone that they should too. I had breakfast here on November 15th, 2022. This is great spot to grab good tasty food by the road. This "parador" is clean,prices are fair, portions decent, and taste is very good.
