This place was so delicious!! Randomly decided to stop here on my way from Monteverde to Arenal. Easily the tastiest typical food I've found in Costa Rica so far. You can tell the woman who cooks the food truly appreciates the art of cuisine, she made everything very flavorful! Blew my mind that this was the tastiest food I've had in Costa Rica and simultaneously the most affordable!

The property is also beautiful, they have butterfly houses and a hiking trail that are both beautiful. Very glad I found this spot and plan to return during my future trips...

Stopped by here on a drive from Monteverde to La Fortuna for a quick drink and bathroom. Ended up staying and ordering empanadas and aguas frescas. The empanadas—cheese, chicken, and potato — were delicious, crispy on the outside, flavorful. The potato empanada is vegan as well. Try adding the habanero hot sauce on each table for the...
