Chung San Bistro — Restaurant in El Roble

I believe this is the best Asian food I've had in Costa Rica and definitely the best meal I've had in Puntarenas. I had the Maifan salteado con hongos shiitake. I think it normally comes with beef, but I don't eat animals so they added extra veggies. Maifan is a rice noodle, what I know as glass noodles, the super thin noodles. It was DELICIOUS! They also have a few menu options with TOFU as the protein but the day I was there they were fresh out of tofu. Anytime in the future I have to go to the port town, I will be eating here!...

Localizado en el Hotel Tioga pues se puede ingresar únicamente al restaurante sin tener que estar hospedado. La comida está excelente!! Muy rica, fresca y grandes proporciones. Sinceramente tenía mis dudas de que fuera tan bueno pero decidí darle chance ya que me lo habían recomendado varias personas. Entonces le di chance a sopa ramen y es una taza grande que hay que ir con hambre o no se la acaba, está como tal es de los mejores ejemplos que he podido probar de esta sopa y quedé muy muy satisfecho, me entró en dúo bárbaro después pero como no con semejante comida. El filet de pescado es bastante grueso lo cual normalmente no veo en restaurantes y el empanizado es como bastante pegado al pez, no de siente como el clásico empanizador sino algo mejor. Delen chance al restaurante, la comida es excelente y de precios está pues bastante razonable, ese ramen costó como 7500 para que tengan una idea y para la tasa que me dieron, lo cual no esperé que fuera así de grande, está...
