Not sure why there are so many negative reviews of the place, our experience was decent. We were looked after well by the staff and offered an amazing table where we could grab lunch in the backdrop of the Arenal volcano. The cocktail was bit too sweet but the food itself was tasty. This is also a good place for vegetarians with plenty to choose from. There is also many Poke bowl options to choose from.

Server was nice, the views amazing but don't get the beef burger as what they called an "artisanal bread" is the most industrial burger bun you will ever have and the "Angus burger" was the lowest quality patty you could have, not too mention that the cheese came with still melted plastic and I had to ask to change it. If you still decide to go there after reading this, just don't order the burger

We were the only ones at the restaurant, and we had a great view of half of the volcano haha. I had tilapia that was caught fresh from the lake below, and it was some of the best fish I've ever had. I also had this passionfruit IPA that tasted amazing as well. The menu was pricey, but the view was sooooo worth it. Wish I remembered our server's name, bc he was great.

After we finish our hanging bridges tour, we decided to have 2 lattes and a cake, while we waited for our shuttle (a bit more than an hour). 45m passed by, and Jahaira (not sure about the spelling) came to inform the table was reserved - as a note all the other tables were unoccupied. We thought that to be unusual, but because there was still some time for the shuttle we moved to the next table. 10m latter another employee came, Ronny, putting more stickers to the tables, including ours, with the note "Reserved". Again, all tables were unoccupied. Then, we understood they were kicking us out because we already finished our lattes. We asked for the complaints book but there was none...Terrible service mainly noticing the cafe/bar/restaurant was empty. Very poor service. Unfortunately it is the only place to have something in the Mistic park hanging bridges. As a final note, this all happened on April 23rd between...
