After we finish our hanging bridges tour, we decided to have 2 lattes and a cake, while we waited for our shuttle (a bit more than an hour). 45m passed by, and Jahaira (not sure about the spelling) came to inform the table was reserved - as a note all the other tables were unoccupied. We thought that to be unusual, but because there was still some time for the shuttle we moved to the next table. 10m latter another employee came, Ronny, putting more stickers to the tables, including ours, with the note "Reserved". Again, all tables were unoccupied. Then, we understood they were kicking us out because we already finished our lattes. We asked for the complaints book but there was none...Terrible service mainly noticing the cafe/bar/restaurant was empty. Very poor service. At least they could’ve given us something free for making us wait one hour for 3 plates of food. Also, very expensive and not worth it. Regarding the gift shop next door - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is probably the first true tourist trap I have ever been to. A $12 bottle of sunscreen was $35 and a $4 bottle of aloe was $20. But you have no choice - as it is a tourist trap and there are no other resources...
