Food: Amazing. Service: Impeccable. Memories: For a lifetime Hotel: Trivago This review may have taken me a long time before I made it but I NEEDED to let others know. This place wasn't just recommended by a friend we made on our first day in La Fortune. But it was a restaurant he brought us to after a private raft tour at his home river. Our friend was friends with the owner of the restaurant and they knew each other for a long time. Honestly, the perfect way to end a perfect day. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and it felt as if I had been coming to this restaurant for decades even though it was only our first time. I wish I still had photos to show the amazing food we ate. A great variety of typical costa rican dishes and simply amazing food. I had the cordon bleu chicken, i dont know if it was the mix of an amazing day with amazing people, just the great ambiance there or that the food was chef's kiss. But I had never had chicken that tasted that good. I was so lost in the experience that I had accidentally eaten a hot pepper in the chilera. Even through the tears and the burning sensation in my throat I was still having a great time. I had had hiccups from how hot it was. I was given a cup of milk to finally get through the burn. I might have made a fool of myself but I didn't mind. I was on cloud 9 the whole time. So please, if you are in the region you MUST try this restaurant. I assure you it will be well worth your time. Comida: los platos son buenos no sobresalen en cantidad o sabor pero es decente en comparación a lugares con más renombre y precio disfrute comiendo ahí la atención fue excelente 👌 ya que incluso nos prepararon un platillo que no estaba en el menú al gusto y como se pidió muy poco común y además con un precio adecuado y el orden aseo y limpieza en general son acorde a lo esperado.

Los precios son buenos en comparación a restaurantes de la zona con más renombre y cantidades y calidades inferiores por lo que salí satisfecho y con una buena imagen del lugar lo recomiendo para quien va de paso con tiempo ya que ese es el único detalle la comida tarda un poco pero a cambio te dan frescura y calidad.

La sopa de mariscos y el chifrijo son buenos sobresalen también sus nachos aunque si siento que bajo un poco su cantidad pero a cambio han mantenido el precio que es de los más contenidos de la zona sus hamburguesas son buenas la de camarón no destaca pero es una buena idea le falta dar el punto en las salsas al igual que sus cebiches que son un poco flojos pero no son su especialidad aunque están mejores que la mayoría en la zona.

Como recomendación deberían incluir los postres en el menú ya que su brownie con helado de naranja piña es de lo mejor y no solo del lugar es realmente bueno 👍 y e probado el 90% de postres de la zona 😋 Por último ojalá aumenten su menú de bebidas calientes falta un buen té chai..

En general mi experiencia siempre a sido satisfactoria y recomiendo dar la oportunidad de saborear y conocer la oferta gastronómica de la zona no siempre hay tan buenas opciones y accesibilidad al lugar como en este caso al estar sobre la ruta principal con un estacionamiento amplio y accesibilidad total zona verde y...

Knowing I would be passing by around lunch time and seeing the good reviews, it appeared to be the best place to stop by and to have something to eat.
