The only thing I really liked about this place is the location. It sits just off of Playa Bonita in Limon where there are limited swimming spots due to coral.
We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday 2 adults and 2 small kids. We waited for sometime for someone to come and take our drink order. One of the kids drinks was wrong but we didnt address it because the kids were thirsty.
We had to ask for menus and waited about 15 minutes when no one came to take our order I went to the counter asking if the waiter could come to the table. He said yes he would but never came. So long story short, the place was understaffed.
I had the fish with rice and beans, friend had chicharrones with fries and kids had fish and fries. No one enjoyed their meal. Fries weren't warm, rice and beans was dry and meat was subpar.

Slow service (group of 9, first person got food an hour after ordering, last person got food almost 50 minutes after the first...so nearly everyone else was done by the time the last two got their food...even after continually asking waitresses for status throughout the ordeal). Quality of food wasn’t good either. Jumbo shrimp were not fresh and were over-cooked. Order of penne pesto came to table as spaghetti in a butter sauce (but service was so slow there was no way we were sending it back). Order of cerdo casada came back as chicken. Waitresses seemed bothered that we kept asking about our food...

Then matters got worse as we wanted to pay in locap currency but they didn't have change... they pretended to look fpr change but finally used it to ignore us... then had to remind them we were still waiting for change... which was finally paid in a mix of 2 currencies (USD and CRC). We had our beer and went next door to La Quimbaba (opposite world) and had a great time, highly...
