My family was there for my sisters birthday. The restaurant is located in a nice place and looks very good but the service isn't the best. My mom ordered a fish service, then the waiter asked which ceviche she prefers, Chef's ceviche or regular ceviche? She said the regular ceviche, the waiter asked her which type of fish, Corvina or Tilapia? She said Corvina, but then he brought the Chef's ceviche which is too salty. She told the waiter that wasn't the right ceviche but then, the waiter said that's what she ordered, she told him that she ordered a regular ceviche. If he ask the type of fish, after she said is a regular ceviche, it means is a regular ceviche of Corvina, if the Chef's ceviche is made of Corvina fish, why the waiter ask the type of fish, if she already told him that she wanted a regular fish ceviche and why he brings the Chef's ceviche? She decided to keep the food he brough but the service wasn't the best, it wasn't the...

Excellent dinner experience! We were staying at at The Springs and went here on the recommendation of a local friend. Our schedule was a little off so we arrived before 5 on a Wednesday evening and were the only people there for most of our dinner (people began to arrive as we left). Unfortunately we didn’t get to the the view because it was cloudy and dark but I can imagine it’s amazing. The food was really good, beginning with a little oil and bread plate they brought as an appetizer. My wife had the chifrijo which was probably the best version of this we’ve had so far. I had the “mamalia” which was very tasty and a big portion (two pieces of pork). The passion fruit margarita was also on point and the chef’s new dessert was quite good as well....

A wonderful all around experience. The restaurant is off the beaten path but well worth the trip. Everything here from the service to the views to the drinks and food where exceptional.

The views of Arenal Volcano are spectacular and there are places to sit outside and soak in the views. Go early grab a strong drink and just enjoy. Ricardo and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The place is perfect for a big family or an intimate setting. It is a very homely, welcoming restaurant like eating at your Moms house.

We had the hash, burger and cowboy ribeye. All prepared perfectly and absolutely delicious. The amazing aspect was the cost which was very low especially compared to the...

This restaurant is fantastic all around!! I can’t say enough how much we loved this place! They have so many amazing food and drink options. We loved the margaritas served in a tequila bottle. We got ceviche which was delicious, and I got the special of the evening which was an incredible combo of lobster and steak all cooked to perfection. The service was amazing and our waiter was so kind and helpful with recommendations. We were celebrating our engagement and he even brought out a special dessert for the occasion. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!
