A hidden gem just off the number #1 highway. East of Palmares. Nicely decorated raised terrace overlooking coffee fields and hills. Pleasant and relaxing music and ambiance. The owners are very pleasant and Esteban, the owner, speaks English. It's a small menu but all the dishes we ordered were very tasty, healthy and made with fresh ingredients. They use artisanal breads including a gluten friendly sourdough bread. We ordered the Chichen sandwich and the Roast Beef sandwich, as well as an Omellete. A side dish of Yucca was akso delicious. The Chocolate Cake was one of the best I've had. All are highly recommended. The coffee is tasty as well. Beer and wine are also available. Use Google maps for directions as it us not currently sign posted. Although the owners are working on that.
Be sure to stop by and...

They also offer gluten friendly buns for their sandwiches. Service is fast and very friendly and the prices are reasonable. We will...

The place was very unassuming, resembling a family-run restaurant with a simple yet incredibly delicious menu. They even grow some of the ingredients on-site, and the view was amazing. So glad we stumbled...
