Dinner & drinks with the birds, an absolute treat! A surprise find local to our hotel, rustic, authentic, genuine and friendly with a varied menu. Tried the tilapia, a fish dish, the house special with rice and meat, some amazing soup, some empeñadas, some drinks and some artisanal ice cream!

Half the price of eating anywhere in guanacaste… so much food, such great food, and such amazing hosts! The site itself is cute and the sounds of the frogs was great background to the conversation at the table.

The place is very cute! The staff is very friendly and patient with our very minor language barrier. The food is beyond delicious and tastes very fresh. Fairly large portions for the price. I have eaten here for the past 3 dinners. If I could, I would eat there for every meal. They also serve breakfast. The empanadas are very good, I had them twice. The Casado pollo is also very good....
