Food was decent but I wasn’t impressed with the $10 USD cost for a chicken breast meal. I would at least expect more beans and platano maduro on my plate for that price. Don’t bananas grow in Costa Rica? The food is supposedly organic and grown on their sustainable farm so I’m thinking that’s the reason for the price.

Read moreMy girlfriend and I came here for lunch one day while visiting the El Castillo area. $15 buffet per person. Everything that was served was made from their land. It all tasted very fresh. They have stables for horses, land for cows and pigs, gardens, and a yoga studio. Most of the help around the farm is volunteer/residency based. Everyone we met was friendly and told us some about the ranch. They also offer tours of the land and demonstrations during certain hours of the day.
